Do you like your bacon crispy or chewy?
I like it in between those two extremes... I like it to be a little crispy when you bite into it - but still a little chewy and soft. If you make it too crispy it just ends up all dry and crumbly - and I don't like dry bacon - it has to still be a little bit juicy...
